Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-9:45am @ First United Methodist Church,  Goshen  

Class is designed for women 60 years old & over. Focus is on toning, balance, flexibility, core training, low impact cardio & more  

Participants must bring their own mat, a set of dumbbells, & a folding chair  

**during the summer and early Fall, we will meet under the pavilion at the Life Center.
