Thank you for your interest in my classes. For a complete description of the different opportunities I offer select a class below. I look forward to working with you. I work hard to provide challenging and fun activities to assist you in your fitness quest. I work with all ability levels and hope you will give me a try.

Notes:

  • Boot camps and Circuit Training are 6 week sessions. Piyo classes are 8 week sessions. Must sign-up for an entire session, choosing 1x or 2x a week. I do not offer “pay as you go”.
  • Boot Camps: $120 for 6wks, or $60 if only 1x wk. If you bring a friend to join with you, each of you will get a discount cost: $96 or $48 for 1x wk.  Spaces are limited to 15 people, so sign-up early. Deadline is May 5th.
  • Circuit Training: $96 for 6 wks or $48 for 1x a week.
  • Piyo:  $56 for 8 weeks

High Intensity Interval Training
High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.  This class is one of best ways to maximize results within a very quick workout.  If you are short on time, this is the class for you.  HIIT burns a ton of calories and boosts your metabolism in 30 minutes or less.v

SHRED 60
SHRED 60

SHRED stands for: Strong, Healthy, Rejuvenated, Empowered, Determined.  This class is specifically designed for women 60 years old and older.  It is a very low impact class offering easy-to-follow exercises.

PIYO
PIYO

Piyo is a combination of both Pilates and Yoga. Yoga restores energy, provides strength and flexibility, and reduces stress.  Pilates is designed to improve posture and create an overall balanced, healthy body.

Circuit Training
Circuit Training

The class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and abdominal exercises.  Participants in this class spend 4 minutes at each station for a total of 40 minutes of circuit training.

Boot Camp

Get into Boot Camp. The class is a combination of cardio, weight training, plyometric training, Yoga, Pilates, & abdominal work.
