Boot Camp

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp begins with a group warm-up and ends with a cool down. The class is a combination of cardio, weight training, plyometric training, Yoga, Pilates, & abdominal work. All classes are outdoors. Measurements and body fat percentages will be taken the week prior to the first class and at the end of each six week session.  Each camper will need to bring at least 1 set of dumbbells (ranging from 3 lbs. to 10 lbs.), a mat, and water. This class is challenging; however, modifications will be provided for those who are beginners or have physical limitations. Space is limited to the first 15 people.

Boot camps and Circuit Training are 6 week sessions. Piyo classes are 8 week sessions. Must sign-up for an entire session, choosing 1x or 2x a week. I do not offer “pay as you go”.

Boot Camps: $120 for 6wks, or $60 if only 1x wk. If you bring a friend to join with you, each of you will get a discount cost: $96 or $48 for 1x wk.  Spaces are limited to 15 people, so sign-up early.
