Circuit Training


Circuit training is a 10-station interval class.  The class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and abdominal exercises.  Participants in this class spend 4 minutes at each station for a total of 40 minutes of circuit training.  The class begins with a group warm-up, followed by the circuit training, and ends with a group cool-down stretch.  Circuit training class. is set to high energy music and is adaptable for all fitness levels.  Men and women are welcome, but space is limited to 10 people per class. Please show up 10 minutes early for this class.

Circuit Training: $96 for 6 wks or $48 for 1x a week.
