PIYO
Piyo is a combination of both Pilates and Yoga. Yoga restores energy, provides strength and flexibility, and reduces stress. Pilates is designed to improve posture and create an overall balanced, healthy body. The main focus of Pilates is to work your core muscles (abs, trunk, and back). During Piyo you will move at a decent tempo from pose to pose and from exercise to exercise. Some exercises are performed seated, some standing. The class is suitable for beginners to advanced participants and offers many levels for modification. A yoga style mat is recommended for the class.
Boot camps and Circuit Training are 6 week sessions. Piyo classes are 8 week sessions. Must sign-up for an entire session, choosing 1x or 2x a week. I do not offer “pay as you go”.
