SHRED stands for: Strong, Healthy, Rejuvenated, Empowered, Determined.  This class is specifically designed for women 60 years old and older.  It is a very low impact class offering easy-to-follow exercises.  The focus of the class is on toning & strengthening, cardiovascular health, core training, as well as, improving balance and flexibility.  You will need to supply your own Yoga style mat and a set of Dumbbells ranging in weight from 3lbs to 8lbs. SHRED 60 is currently offered at Go Dance Studio on  Main Street in Goshen.
